The Department of Business Administration was established in the year 2017, initially with an intake of 13 students. It offers undergraduate programme in Business Administration. Since its inception, the Department has been actively involved in academics and setting standards in helping students manage their career. This professional under graduate course is open to students from all the streams. It includes complete knowledge of Leadership and Management.
As per NEP 2020, The Bengaluru City University has revamped the BBA Curriculum to meet the changing needs and interests of Under-Graduate students centered on the mission to develop leaders who make a positive difference in the Society. Now the BBA’s will have greater opportunity to apply class room lesson to real world experiences with companies and organizations.

Mission:
The Department of Business Administration aims to develop managerial & interpersonal skill of the students to enable
- To prepare students to pursue careers in Finance, Marketing & HR function of a company with special reference to SME sector
- To develop Entrepreneurs & Ethical Mangers with interdisciplinary knowledge.
To prepare students to take up higher education to become Business Scientists, researchers, consultants & Teachers, with core competencies.

Eligibility:
Students who completed two year pre- university examination of Karnataka state or equivalent examination shall be eligible for admission to BBA degree course.
