In St. Teresa’s, we have a dedicated Placement Cell for the benefit of Under Graduates and Post Graduates passing out from the college in locating job opportunities.  The Placement Cell plays a crucial role by keeping in touch with reputed concerns. The Placement Cell operates round the year.

The Placement Cell also performs several other functions like:

  • Career Counselling;
  • Conducting workshops on industry-requirements, designing an impressive CV with the assistance of latest tools and techniques, the use of different applications, etc.
  • Conducting training on Aptitude, Logical Reasoning and Quantitative skills, communication skills, clothing etiquette and use of latest technologies, etc.
  • Conducting mock interviews to prepare the students for real interviews. With this, their nervousness would be reduced and they get an opportunity to improve their weak areas.
  • Internships and industrial visits. In the case of internships, the students undergo training at the actual physical locations. They give the students the much-required experiential learning.

Besides, the students are motivated to aspire for higher studies and guiding them to take competitive exams such as CAT, UPSC, SSC, IBPS, etc.

Our aim is to place maximum number of students through campus and off-campus interviews conducted by the top companies.

Online Interview

As technology develops, it’s becoming more convenient and cost-effective for employers to conduct job interviews online, so as to speed up the interviewing process and allow hiring managers to interview non-local candidates.

To prepare our students for online interview, we conduct Online Interview Workshop to familiarize the students about the nuances of online interview.
